And I imagine one of your childhood dreams has come to fruition as you look at this glorious picture! But I don't like it now that it...is. I mean, half of the bliss was the work it took to carefully twist the oreo cookie apart leaving 98% of the creme filling on one cookie. Then, scraping that filling with your top or bottom middle teeth getting one delicious mouth full of oreo filling. This stuff is so good, even Weird Al Yankovic wrote a song about it...I'm dating myself here, but you understand ;-)
So, if you made it this far in this blog, there are two groups of people.
A. One group is salivating and have not been able to stop thinking about enjoying a bag and a half of these...you might even be on your way to the store.
B. The second group is thinking through this, looking at the angles and making a sound decision on the reality of this based on the wisdom God gives us all (If you are part of the first group, no worries, we all get excited about different things).
God's Word says "Let the wise hear and increase in learning, and the one who understands obtain guidance" in Proverbs 1:5. Some people reading this understand that today is April fool's day. Honestly, my heart skipped a beat when I saw this picture on twitter (original creator unknown). Join us tomorrow for week two of our teaching series "Raised To Life", which, ironically, is on forgiveness!
